CoinShare is a crowdfunding platform that allows users to create fundraising campaigns and accept donations. CoinShare does not hold or manage funds. All payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating a campaign or account. You agree to use all funds for the purpose stated in your campaign and to comply with all applicable laws.

You may not use the platform to create fraudulent or misleading campaigns, engage in illegal activities, or misrepresent your identity or cause.

CoinShare does not verify all campaigns and is not responsible for the accuracy of any campaign content. Donors contribute at their own discretion.

All donations are voluntary and are generally non-refundable unless required by law or due to a processing error.

CoinShare charges a 5% platform fee on donations. Additional payment processing fees may apply through Stripe.

All payments are processed through Stripe Connect and are sent directly to the fundraiser. CoinShare does not store or control funds.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts or campaigns that violate these Terms.

CoinShare is not liable for misuse of funds, losses related to donations, or issues involving third-party payment providers. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold CoinShare harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept those changes.
