All donations made through CoinShare are voluntary contributions.

Donations are generally non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions, technical errors, or unauthorized transactions.

Include your donation details, date of transaction, and reason for the request.

If a dispute or chargeback is filed, the transaction will be reviewed through Stripe. The amount may be temporarily deducted from the campaign total while the dispute is resolved.

If the dispute is resolved in favor of the donor, the amount will remain deducted. If resolved in favor of the fundraiser, the amount may be restored.

If a campaign is found to be fraudulent or in violation of our policies, it may be removed and the account may be suspended.

CoinShare operates as a technology platform and does not guarantee how funds are used by campaign creators.
