Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Donation Nature
All donations made through the Platform are voluntary contributions made directly to the designated Campaign Organizer.
2. Non-Refundable Donations
Except as required by law or explicitly agreed to by the Campaign Organizer, all donations processed through the Platform are final and non-refundable. The Platform does not hold funds in escrow and cannot issue direct refunds once funds have been disbursed to an Organizer via Stripe.
3. Dispute Handling
If a Donor seeks a refund due to a mistaken contribution amount, campaign cancellation, or dispute over fund usage, the Donor must contact the Campaign Organizer directly to resolve the issue. If fraud is suspected, Donors may report the campaign using the “Report Campaign” tool on the platform for administrative investigation.
